Benbanga is a Shopify app that lets merchants offer quantity-based volume discounts. In this policy, we means the developer of Benbanga. You can contact us at ultimateforexkings2001@gmail.com.
When a merchant installs Benbanga, we store only what is needed to run the app:
The discount tiers a merchant sets (minimum quantities and percentages) are saved on the discount inside the merchant's Shopify store. They are not copied to our servers.
Benbanga does not collect, store or receive personal data about a store's customers or shoppers. This includes names, email addresses, delivery addresses, orders and payment details. The discount is calculated by Shopify when a shopper's cart is calculated, and shopper data is not sent to us. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We use the stored data only to run the app: to sign merchants in, to create and update their discounts, and to answer support requests. We do not sell the data and we do not share it for marketing.
The app is hosted on Netlify, and the database is provided by Neon and runs on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Shopify processes store and customer data under its own privacy policy.
We keep a store's records while the app is installed. When a merchant uninstalls the app, Shopify tells us, and we delete that store's records. We also respond to Shopify's customer data request and customer erasure notices. Because we hold no customer data, there is nothing to return or erase for a shopper.
Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to the database is limited to the app and its developer.
Merchants can ask us what we hold about their store, or ask us to delete it, by emailing ultimateforexkings2001@gmail.com. We will reply within a reasonable time.
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
